This is a working placeholder, not a finished legal policy. Body Tea Coaching at bodyteacoaching.com collects what it needs to run coaching intake and the agency roster.

Models apply on Tally at tally.so/r/EqqZyr. We store the submission: name, age, location, height, measurements, digitals, experience, goals, and contact details. Health, food, and diet answers are stored for coaching only and are never shown to agencies. A profile is published to the agency board only after Kayla accepts the applicant following a call. Stripe is not the gate, and there is no checkout on this site yet.

Agencies request access with a work email and a few details about the desk. When a request is approved, we create a unique login. Passwords are hashed. Because outbound email is not connected yet, the desk may keep a copy of a newly issued password until Kayla shares it and clears it.

When an agency marks interest, we store that record and queue a note for Kayla. We do not email the model from this site in v1, and we do not sell either list.
